CLIENT CARE
THE BRIDAL QUESTIONS
Thoughtful answers for choosing, styling, and caring for your finishing pieces.
CHOOSING YOUR PIECES
Where should I begin with bridal accessories?
Begin with the dress, neckline, hairstyle, and shoes. Choose one piece you want to lead, such as a veil or earrings, then add supporting details. The style finder offers a starting edit, and the Complete Looks page shows how different pieces can work together.
Do my accessories need to match exactly?
A shared tone or texture can connect a look without making every piece identical. Compare the actual materials together in daylight. Ivory, soft white, champagne, and pearl tones can look different across fabrics and screens.
Can I wear a necklace with statement earrings?
You can, but try the combination with the neckline and hairstyle before deciding. Look at the whole silhouette from a distance. If the face and neckline feel crowded, keep the piece you most want to notice and simplify the other details.
How do I choose a veil length?
Measure from the comb position to the preferred finish while wearing the wedding shoes. Compare it with the gown train and ceremony setting. The veil guide explains how to think about length, detail, tone, and the hair trial.
FIT, STYLING & PREPARATION
When should I choose my wedding shoes?
Choose the pair before the hem is finalized, then take it to alterations. If you will change shoes later, bring both pairs and discuss the difference in height with your alterations specialist.
Can a second look use the same dress?
Yes. Removing the veil, changing the hair accessory, or choosing a different earring can shift the mood. Plan the order of the changes and keep the new pieces together with a safe place for anything you remove.
What should I bring to a styling appointment?
Bring photographs of the gown from the front and back, the shoes or heel height, ideas for the hairstyle, and a few references you like. Include existing jewelry or family pieces you hope to wear. Prepare these details in your styling brief.
How should I pack delicate accessories?
Separate jewelry, support bows and structured pieces, and protect tulle from clasps or sharp edges. Use individual pouches and appropriate boxes. Follow the actual product-care instructions for cleaning and storage.
Can I buy a wearable gift for the wedding party?
Confirm the recipient’s taste, sizing, hairstyle, and preferences before choosing. For earrings, check whether they wear pierced styles and have material sensitivities. A keepsake or personal note can be a thoughtful alternative.
YOUR AURELINE EDIT
How do I build a complete look?
Start with the gown and celebration setting. Choose one focal detail, then compare accessories by finish, scale, and color. Complete Looks offers a few considered combinations to begin with.
Why does the price change when I select an option?
Some products have a different price for another length, size, or finish. The selected price appears above the options and is used in the bag and checkout.
Where are my saved pieces kept?
The bag, wishlist, and comparison choices are saved in this browser on this device. They are not linked to an account and do not sync between devices.
Will a styling request or newsletter form send my details?
Online booking and newsletter signup are currently unavailable. Form details are not sent or stored with your saved selections.
What happens when I save my edit?
You see a summary showing the chosen pieces and totals. Contact and address details are not transmitted or saved with the order summary. No card details are requested, and no order is placed.
