THE WORK AHEADvkpa@vazuvo.com
OUR STORY / VIETNAM

A practical question.
A long-term commitment.

How can farmers access advanced machinery without each carrying the full cost of equipment, storage and maintenance? Vazuvo began with that question.

THE ORIGIN2020

A conversation
over coffee.

The idea took shape in Vietnam through a conversation about equipment access and the work farmers needed to do.

Farmers need the capability of modern equipment. Owning, storing and maintaining every machine is a different commitment.

Vazuvo’s purpose is to bridge that gap through machinery services and organized field operations. Alongside access for farmers, the business has aimed to create opportunities for workers to develop operating, mechanical and coordination skills.

The work grew through land preparation, crop transportation and rice and corn harvesting. Its story is as much about people, training and daily decisions as it is about equipment.

WHAT THE WORK TAUGHT US

Growth asks
for better habits.

Seasonal demand, capital-heavy equipment and changing field conditions made operating discipline essential.

01

Equipment alone is not enough.

Availability depends on maintenance, operator preparation, scheduling and the handoff between jobs.

02

Visibility makes decisions clearer.

Tracking operational measures helped turn scattered information into a more useful view of capacity and performance.

03

People need practical systems.

Clear roles, daily checks, training and feedback matter as teams and responsibilities grow.
