Accessibility

Access for everyone.

Vankpa targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the primary website journey and treats accessibility as an ongoing product-quality responsibility.

Last updated September 1, 2026

Current target

The main Vankpa experience is designed to support keyboard use, visible focus, semantic structure, readable contrast, text resizing, reduced motion, responsive reflow, meaningful alternative text, understandable controls, and sufficiently large touch targets.

How quality is reviewed

Reviews combine automated checks with keyboard, screen-size, zoom, motion-preference, content-overflow, and representative assistive-technology checks. Automated conformance alone is not treated as proof that a complete journey is accessible.

Distinct experiences

The Systems Lab and integrated Imagineeer microsite intentionally use visual and interaction systems that differ from the main Vankpa website. They are reviewed against the same core expectations for structure, keyboard access, focus, reflow, motion preferences, labels, alternative text, and readable contrast. Because the site continues to evolve, a barrier may still surface as content or browser behavior changes.

Report a barrier

If something is difficult to read, navigate, understand, or operate, email hello@vankpa.com with the page address, the task you were trying to complete, your browser or assistive technology when relevant, and a description of the barrier. Vankpa aims to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days.

Alternative access

If a public form, document, or interaction is not usable for you, request the same information or action by email or phone at +1 980 900 2779. Vankpa will provide a reasonable alternative where possible.
