Privacy

Your information. Your choice.

This notice explains what the Vankpa website collects, why it is used, where it may be stored, and how to request access, correction, or deletion.

Last updated August 28, 2026

Information you choose to provide

The qualified project intake form may collect your name, work email, role, organization, website, business objective, message, project details, decision involvement, timing, planning range, source page, and optional campaign or reference context. Vankpa uses this information to assess fit, prepare a relevant response, maintain an inquiry record, prevent abuse, and improve the inquiry experience.

Do not submit passwords, financial account details, health information, government identifiers, protected client data, or other sensitive or confidential material through the public form.

Local drafts

If you explicitly select “Save this draft,” the form stores the draft in the web browser on that device. The draft is not sent to Vankpa until you submit the form. It is removed after a successful submission or when saving is turned off. You can also clear it through your browser’s site-data controls.

Measurement and technical information

The site uses essential browser storage and a first-party preference cookie to remember privacy choices and support core functions. Optional Google Analytics measurement loads only after you accept analytics cookies or enable Analytics through the preference controls in the cookie notice. When enabled, measurement can involve device, browser, approximate location, referrer, page, and interaction information. Vankpa does not use the inquiry consent checkbox as consent for indiscriminate marketing.

Storage, service providers, and security

Submitted inquiry data is stored in Vankpa’s hosted website infrastructure and may be processed by infrastructure, database, email, measurement, and security providers that help operate the service. Access is limited to legitimate operating purposes. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention and disclosure

Inquiry and technical records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for response, delivery, security, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. Vankpa does not sell submitted personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers acting for Vankpa, when required by law, or when needed to protect the service and its users.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your inquiry by emailing Vankpa. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed. Browser controls can manage local drafts, cookies, and related site data.

International use and changes

Vankpa is based in North Carolina and works across locations. Information may be processed in the United States or wherever contracted providers operate. This notice may change as the website, providers, or legal requirements change; the date above identifies the current version.
